Delete your account

You can erase your Tarotail account and everything attached to it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the app — the fastest way

  1. 1. Open Tarotail and sign in.
  2. 2. Go to Settings.
  3. 3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. 4. Confirm. Your account is removed straight away.

By request — if you no longer have the app

Email privacy@tarotail.app from the address on the account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will verify that the request comes from the account holder and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • • Your user record — the name you chose, your email address, the hash of your password, and your saved zodiac sign.
  • • Every reading you saved, including cards drawn and insights.
  • • Every journal entry you wrote.

What is kept, and for how long

Session tokens that were already signed out are remembered only until the point they would have expired on their own, then dropped. Nothing else about your account is retained.
