I forgot my password

Sign-in attempts are rate-limited for security, so wait a minute if you've tried several times. If you're still locked out, email us from the address on the account and we'll help you recover it.

I want to change my name or password

Both live in the app: Profile → Edit Name, and Settings → Change Password.

I want to clear my reading history

Settings → Clear History removes your saved readings while keeping the account. It cannot be undone.

I want to delete my account entirely

Settings → Delete Account. It removes your profile, saved readings and journal entries permanently.

Something looks wrong or the app crashed

Email us with your device, OS version and what you were doing. Screenshots help a lot.
